We have extensive experience managing heritage projects in-house, from initial concept and design through to construction, handover and ongoing maintenance.
Projects vary in size and complexity, and some may be too large or too specialist to manage entirely in-house. In these cases, we can procure and appoint suitable consultants on your behalf and act as Project Manager, helping to coordinate the project and provide clear oversight throughout.
All appointments, including our own, are made under contract. This provides clarity for all parties and helps give clients peace of mind.
We use the PRINCE2 system of project management, as we find it provides a clear, structured and effective way to manage heritage, repair and conservation projects.
